25 Years a Deacon

On Sunday 18th August, we celebrated Deacon Delian Bower’s 25th anniversary as a Deacon. He was joined by many parishioners for tea and cake after 9.15am Mass.  We thanked him for his many years of dedicated service to Sacred Heart and her people.

Deacon Delian has asked that the following be put into the newsletter:

“Thank you for remembering a my Anniversary . It was great to celebrate and I was very moved. Thank you so much for all the wonderful cake. It was always a great  honour and privilege “
